Building a Bamboo Gazebo

Place the corner posts 3 and 4 meters apart (outer size) to create a rectangle. Make sure that the side that holds the bolts is facing upwards.

Step 2

Building a Bamboo Gazebo

Place the first bamboo crossbeam on top of the corner posts. Each part is numbered, so make sure that the numbers on the crossbeam match the numbers on the corner posts. Push the bolts of the corner posts through the holes in the crossbeam. Do not tighten the nuts completly until the entire base of the gazebo is assembled.

Step 3

Step 4

Now that the entire frame of the bamboo gazebo is put together, you can tighten the nuts one by one. Make sure that all bolts in the crossbeams are positioned in such a way that the hooks are on the outside top, and all the nuts on the inside bottom of the beam.

Step 5

Building a Bamboo Gazebo

Take one of the two largest roof panels and lay it over one of the long crossbeams.

The roof panel contains two bolts that should rest on the hooks of the bamboo crossbeam. Do not completly tighten the hooks yet. Support the ridge of the roof so that the next roof section can be placed.

Step 6

Now place the other long roof panel on the opposite side in the same way as described in step 5.

Step 7

Once the bottom part of the roof panel is secured to the hooks of the crossbeam, you can then secure the two bamboo poles in the ridge with bolts. The holes are already pre-drilled.

Step 8

Building a Bamboo Gazebo

Place one of the two smaller roof sections between the larger roof sections. Again, secure the roof panel by using the hooks that are attached to the crossbeam.

Step 9

Building a Bamboo Gazebo

The tip of the smaller roof panel falls exactly in the ridge of the two larger roof panels and will automatically clamp. It is not necessary to secure the roof panel with extra bolts.

Step 10

Building a Bamboo Gazebo

Place the other triangular roof panel on the opposite side in the same way as described in the previous steps.
