Woven Bamboo Fence Horizontal 180 x 180 cm
This woven bamboo fence panel of 180 cm wide by 180 cm high will give your garden or terrace a beautiful and natural look. The bamboo slats in this privacy fence are double braided which means the front and back look exactly the same. Each panel is 95% closed to provide minimal see-through.
The bamboo slats in this woven screen run throughout the entire width and are 3 mm thick by 4 cm wide. The frame consists of 4,5 cm wide bamboo slats with an average thickness of 8 mm. These strong bamboo slats ensure tremendous strength and stability.
A horizontally woven fence can create the illusion of a longer or wider garden.

Installing woven bamboo fence panels
With our specially developed wooden installation kit and 9 x 9 fence posts it is very easy to install a woven bamboo fence. The milled wooden beams ensure that the woven screen can fit perfectly into the slots.
Placing woven bamboo fence panels in a wooden frame creates a very strong unit which is also very durable. The average lifespan of a well maintained woven bamboo fence in wooden frame is at least 15 years.
It is also possible to mount woven bamboo screens against a wall or existing fence. Drill 4 mm holes with our special bamboo drill bit in the bamboo frame (to prevent splitting) and use 4 x 70 mm stainless steel screws to secure the screen.
When installing a bamboo fence we always advise to leave a space of minimal 2 cm between the fence and the ground to avoid direct contact with wet soil as this might cause black stains over time.
General properties of bamboo and maintenance tips
- Each bamboo screen is unique, therefore color differences in a fence panel are possible.
- Bamboo used in outdoor conditions will weather over time. We advice to treat woven bamboo fence panels on an annual basis with Bamboo Protector, a specially developed UV-resistant transparent sealer that preserves the natural color of bamboo.
