It is one of the strongest, hardest and most durable materials on the market. With our decking boards you can create the perfect space to relax outdoors, in the garden or on the roof terrace.
What makes these bamboo decking boards unique is the combination of the end-matched tongue and groove, the choice of two different surfaces and the H-profile. An end-matched joint can only be made with highly stable materials and allows an unlimited number of boards to be joined lengthways. In addition, this decking board lets you choose between a ribbed or a smooth surface. Finally, the H-profile along the side makes for quick installation with our fixing materials.

Care
Maintenance advice Our Bamboo Decking Board Thermo is a natural material that can vary beautifully in colour, texture and appearance. Outdoors, the colour may change over time (depending on maintenance) towards a light grey tint. Please also note that, due to its natural properties, the top layer of the decking board can react to the weather, especially in wet conditions. This can lead to small raised spots and a more nuanced appearance. That is nothing to worry about, as it has no effect whatsoever on the durability of the decking board. For the best result, we recommend treating the deck about 4 weeks after purchase with our Bamboo Shield Thermo oil. It is also very important that the bamboo is dry before treatment and stays dry for at least 24 (and ideally 48) hours afterwards. This is best done during a dry spell (in summer, for example) or by covering the deck. For the half-yearly treatment we advise paying extra attention before the start of winter, as this is when bamboo has the most to endure. Depending on when the deck is installed, the first round of maintenance may fall slightly earlier or later in order to keep to the correct rhythm of twice a year. The Bamboo Decking Board Thermo is easy to keep clean with a stiff broom and water. As a last resort, a pressure washer can be used to clean the deck. Keep enough distance from the boards to avoid any damage. Follow these simple maintenance guidelines and you can enjoy your beautiful, durable terrace for years to come.
